Aniya Demery-Williams is a woman of unshakable faith, a visionary leader, and the founder of Her Voice Women’s Conference—a sacred movement birthed in 2022 through divine instruction and radical obedience. After surviving a life-threatening moment, Aniya heard the voice of the Lord clearly say, “You almost died with the vision.” From that encounter, Her Voice was born.
Now preparing for its fifth year, Her Voice Women’s Conference is far more than an event; it is a spiritual refuge where women come to heal, be restored, and be made whole. Rooted in the promise of Luke 1:45 and the healing words of Jesus, “Daughter, your faith has made you whole,” this experience invites women to believe again, dream again, and rise again.
With grace, grit, and an extraordinary support system, Aniya has created a space where faith meets freedom, and women leave forever changed. Her leadership continues to ignite purpose and courage in others, calling women to not just find their voice but to walk in divine wholeness.

As the conference matriarch, Pastor LaShawn embodies the spirit of faith, legacy, and sisterhood that Her Voice was built upon. A woman of profound wisdom, therapeutic insight, and unwavering faith, she beautifully weaves together biblical principles and healing perspectives to help women confront, process, and heal from life’s challenges.
