By completing your registration and/or reserving accommodations through The Safe Space Collective Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Payment Policy

All registration fees and conference-related payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances—including but not limited to illness, travel delays, changes in personal circumstances, or event rescheduling. (In all things, we will remain Holy Spirit led.)

Unless a payment plan has been arranged, full payment is due at the time of registration.

2. Hotel & Accommodation

If accommodations are booked through The Safe Space Collective team as part of your registration package, your room rate and taxes are included as outlined in your registration confirmation.

Any additional expenses during your hotel stay—including but not limited to parking, damages, or incidental charges are your personal responsibility.

Room Usage Terms & Conditions

To help us steward resources well and avoid additional charges, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following:

• Room service orders are not permitted.

• Pay-per-view, on-demand movies, or premium TV channels may not be purchased.

• Any charges incurred from room service, movies, or premium television services will be the sole responsibility of the individual guest and must be reimbursed immediately.

These guidelines help us maintain fairness and ensure funds are used appropriately for all attendees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
