The Graced Girl Sanctuary Experience offers private, single-room occupancy, your own sacred retreat within the retreat, designed to support rest, reflection, and renewal. Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., allowing you to arrive unhurried, settle in peacefully, and ease into the retreat experience.
This VIP offering includes three thoughtfully curated meals over two days (Dinner on Friday night, Brunch and Dinner on Saturday), ensuring you remain nourished and fully present throughout each moment.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a Graced Girl VIP Gift Box, intentionally prepared to extend the retreat experience beyond the room. This keepsake collection includes faith-centered and comfort-focused items curated to encourage rest, reflection, and identity affirmation throughout your stay and long after you return home.

1. Registration & Payment Policy
All registration fees and conference-related payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances—including but not limited to illness, travel delays, changes in personal circumstances, or event rescheduling. (In all things, we will remain Holy Spirit led.)
Unless a payment plan has been arranged, full payment is due at the time of registration.

2. Hotel & Accommodation
If accommodations are booked through The Safe Space Collective team as part of your registration package, your room rate and taxes are included as outlined in your registration confirmation.
Any additional expenses during your hotel stay—including but not limited to parking, damages, or incidental charges are your personal responsibility.
Room Usage Terms & Conditions
To help us steward resources well and avoid additional charges, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following:
Room service orders are not permitted.
Pay-per-view, on-demand movies, or premium TV channels may not be purchased.
Any charges incurred from room service, movies, or premium television services will be the sole responsibility of the individual guest and must be reimbursed immediately.
